In cases where Flabby Fit needs to suspend or terminate services due to unforeseen circumstances, users will be notified in advance. However, if the termination results from user misconduct or violation of terms, refunds will not be provided

Should you initiate a dispute on payments through a payment processor, you may be responsible for any additional fees resulting from the dispute
